Shipping& Delivery:

1.Can I change my delivery address after I've ordered?

Of course! Just contact us and we'll update your details. You can do this at any time up until 24 hours before we dispatch your item(s) for delivery. If your items have already been dispatched, changing your delivery address isn't usually possible, and you may be charged for arranging redelivery.

2. Can I track the progress of my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there is the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you can trace your order. Tracking information is also available in your Order Details page.

3. How long will my item(s) take?

Your order requires processing time and shipping time. The processing time may be different for each item. The shipping time is based on the method of shipment you choose.
Usually delivery will happen within 48 hours of dispatch. And it may take 2-7 days to arrive.

4. How will my item(s) be delivered?

We use different delivery services depending on the size of the parcel and the zone you are. For details please see our shipping guide page.

Returns & Refunds

1. How will I be refunded?

The refund will go back onto the same card you used to place the order with us, and will be paid back to you via a return transaction.

2. When will I see my refund in my account?

Your refund should appear almost immediately, but it can vary depending on the bank and type of card you've used. Please check returns and refunds.

3. Can you process my refund onto a different credit/debit card?

No, this is not something that we are able to do.

Order & Products

1. How do I cancel an order?

You are free to cancel your order and get a full refund up until the product has been dispatched, simply contact us at service@lovdock.com and we'll cancel the order for you.

2. I've placed an order but heard nothing

Usually we will send you a confirm email after you placed an order, but if you didn’t received it, just feel free to contact us at service@lovdock.com for details.

3. What shall I do if my order is damaged?

At LovDock.com, we do our best to ensure the quality of all our products. Despite the series of quality checks, occasionally products do arrive with damage. Should your product not arrive in perfect condition, our dedicated Customer Care Team is on hand to resolve the issue and to advise on the best solution, including refund or repair options.
In order to help us assess the situation, we ask that you send a photograph of the product fault to service@lovdock.com and we will try our best to solve it for you.

4. I've received only part of my order

Please check your dispatch confirmation, it maybe that you will have items to follow at a later date. If you placed your order online you may also track your order here ‘My Account’ by logging into your account.

5. I received the wrong product, what shall I do?

Firstly, we're sorry you received the wrong product. Please contact us at service@lovdock.com with details of your order and what you've received and we'll get it sorted.

1. Why do I need to sign up?

Registration is an optional service provided by LovDock. By registering, your shopping experience will be faster and you can enjoy more special promotions and better service.

2. I forgot my password, what can I do?

Look for the Sign In link at the top of LovDock.com page and click on it. When the Log in page displays, click the Forgot your Password? link. When Reset Password displays, enter your E-Mail Address and click Reset Password. We will e-mail password information to the address provided at registration.

3. Does Lovdock.com offer an assembly service?

We currently do not offer this service, however you will find on the product pages about how to install it.

4. Can I use more than one coupon code on a single order?

You can only use one coupon at a time. If you’re spoiled for choice, you’re welcome to use whichever one works out better and save any others for your next order.

Coupon can't be used for special promotion items but for normal original price items.

5. How do I find an item on your web site?

The best way of finding an item on our web site is to perform a search by the item description. Type the description or name of the item in the Search Field located at the top of our homepage. If you experience difficulty finding a particular item, feel free to contact our live chat.

6. I am new to LovDock.com, how do I place my first order?

Firstly, a big, warm welcome to LovDock.com - we're thrilled you'd like to place an order. Simply create an account and start browsing the web.
We can take orders online, and we will need to take full payment in advance, but we take most credit and debit cards, and accept payment via Paypal.

7. Do you have any shops?

We are only an online retailer in order to keep our selection large, prices low, and service exceptional.

8. What payment options does LovDock support?

We currently accept the PayPal and Credit Cards payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Discover etc.)
