Its a hose reel, so nothing crazy special, but it is done right. 1. wheels - good choice on the wheels. i think they call these semi-pneumatic, hard plastic hub with rubber tires that have, i think, foam inside. perfect choice. hard wheels with rubber would be fine. all plastic wheels would be not very good. inflatable tires are the worst ( always flat no mater what you do if you leave it sit around). 2. good powder coat job. no signs of cracking or bad finish. 3. the axel is a great/novel design idea. there is a flat on the axel and it fits into the socket and doesn't spin and is deformed from the weld onto to the frame of the body. good nuts, but thin washers. the nuts actually thread on and have a couple threads left after it is secured (like it should be). the wheels and frame don't "tighten up" all the the way, but the slop is designed into it as it should be. not overly tight as it ages and would lock up, but not so flimsy that it feels cheap and wobbles apart. 4. washers with all the bolts except one. there is one on the hand crank with no washer. the one bolt that does have it, is there because it has to span over a bigger through hole but it would have been nice to have a second washer for the other bolt. just for redundancy of people not noticing how to put it together. **NOTE: the philips head screws are #3, not the common #2** this isn't a big deal for most people as everyone has a #3 but i could see other people trying to use a common #2 and having it strip the head. there is a flat in it so thats nice. 5. the fitting for the leader hose is actually substantial. the nut isn't a flimsy as thin as it can be nut, but actually beefy. 6. the two hose gaskets were nicely packaged along with the instructions so they could be easily found. everything was nicely packaged as well with plastic over everything. 7. the foam handle is a nice touch but not really needed. it is close cell foam so it might last longer but i don't think it is going to last long. as far as foam goes it is pretty nice, so i could be wrong. 8. leader hose is actually nice hose. not super duty but like 7/10. definitely fine for 90% of people. cons: 1. instructions could be done a lot clearer. i get they wanted to make it only 1 page but the area regarding the handle and the mount was a bit vague. at first i tried to put the bracket on the main hub but it goes on the handle part. its obvious once its up there but could be clearer. I write instruction manuals for some of the stuff at work for a big company and i would rate these 7.5/10. its quick, short, but is leaving 1-2 things out that the assembler has to figure out. 2. the box could have used some reinforcements. there were 2 almost through holes that the pipes had been pushed through on the box. it is ticker metal tubing so it wasn't really a problem if they were hit, but the outside packaging i would rate 4/10. if it had been shipped perfectly it would have been fine, but if you throw the box around a little it gets messed up. i only got 50ft of 5/8 medium duty hose on it and it works well but i wouldn't know for the actual advertised length. from what i can see, it would hold 150ft. maybe really thin 200ft, which it says it holds. ya i had got the "yard butler IHT-2EZ 2-Wheeled Garden Hose Reel" at $130 and i was appalled at the quality. this thing is head over heals what that one was. i got this one for like $70 ish and totally worth it. could have switched the prices and it would have totally justified the design and materials of each. I did put my own leader hose on it out of some heaver duty hose along with some "coilhose quick disconnects" on it. those coilhose quick disconnects are totally worth it if you have to move this thing around and are made very well. along with all there products. tl:dr: its nice. materials are good. design and execution very well. I tried another at $130 with the same design and this is way better than that one at close to half the price.

Great for my garden! This hose cart is sturdy and easy to use. It's so much better than the typical plastic-y ones you see everywhere that seem to deteriorate quickly in the sun. This makes it easy to pull the hose off the reel and also easy to reel it in. This is my new favorite yard tool!

This is a great hose reel. It feels very sturdy and appears to be well made. I have been using it for a couple of months and it still looks new. I wish the wheels were just a tad bigger, but they do the job even in the Florida sand. This all metal reel is light years better than any of the plastic reels I have owned in the past, and does not tip over when I reel in the hose. Moreover, the crank to reel in the hose operates smoothly and is just large enough to make reeling in the hose comfortable. I highly recommend it!

This is a really strong, sturdy hose reel. The assembly was slightly problematic as the diagram shows a model without an axle for the wheels but once we had sorted out where everything belonged it was simple to put together, although you do need a couple of spanners. The extra height you get makes it very much easier to use and all the fittings are brass: no plastic in sight so it should last. Really pleased with the quality.

This is an outstandingly strong robust hose reel cart. I bought this hoping it was going to be good as there were no ratings or reviews on it but now I am glad I did. It is extremely easy to rewind hose after use and at a very comfortable level so no real bending involved. I can't praise this hose cart enough as it is very easy to move about due to the large wheels. I would highly recommend this product as it is all built out of metal so no plastic parts that wear in time. Best hose cart I have seen on the market at a very reasonable price and I feel this will last a very long time.

This cart is incredibly sturdy (and quite large). But for the size, it's still light enough to lift over stones when needed. The wheels are large, rubberised and make moving it a dream and with the extra height it's so much easier to wind up the hose than our old plastic reel was. As everything is metal and no plastic in sight, it should last for years. Although I'd still suggest keeping it out of the elements as much as possible just to be safe. My only gripe is the instructions. They were terrible. There's no words, just a set of images that show bolts and screws that you don't have (or need as some parts were already fitted) and also showed things being attached in an impossible order. Once you work out what everything is and where they need to go, the actual fitting was easy enough, although between teh size and position of some parts, it really needs two people to put it together, fitting it alone was extremely difficult.
